About Stacy

As a proud Idaho native with homes in both McCall and Boise, I feel fortunate to be a member and have the opportunity to be involved locally in my wonderful and cherished communities!

As a Realtor with over a decade of experience, I’m committed to creative problem solving and accountability, while employing exemplary listening skills. Organizational, verbal and written communication skills are essential when writing infallible contracts and seeing them through to the closing table. My ability to accomplish complex tasks and adapt to changes quickly promote success for my clients.

My main focus is always on education. I like to educate my clients about current market conditions, available homes and land, demographics of the community and any other knowledge pertaining to their prospective purchase or sale before making any major decisions. This education is key to successful and confident clients and transactions.

As a strong team member, I utilize consensus building and negotiation skills to create win/win situations. My proficiency in mediation fosters harmonious interactions for all parties involved.

With a strong work ethic, I am a reliable, responsible, professional, and independent worker, dedicated to the continued success of my clients.

My clients success is a direct reflection of myself, and I take that very seriously.

I’ve built my business on my reputation!

When I’m not assisting clients, I am an AVID outdoorswoman who loves to recreate in Idaho’s pristine mountains, lakes, and rivers. In my spare time I enjoy just about anything that takes me outdoors-skiing and snowboarding, flyfishing, backpacking, trail running, scuba diving, and rafting.

My volunteer hours and donations are directly reflected in my love of the outdoors supporting Land Trust of Treasure Valley as well as Hillside to Hollow, CFNA, Payette River Games, Selway Bitteroot Frank Church Foundation, Idaho Rivers United, Little Ski Hill and the Red Cross.

I graduated from Boise State University with a BS in Sociology, with double minors in Psychology and Communication. My graduate studies are in the fields of Counseling and Spanish.
As a Top Producer and designated ePro, I am an active member of:

  • ACAR- Ada County Association of Realtors
  • MCAR- Mountain Central Association of Realtors
  • NAR- National Association of Realtors
  • As well as both the MCAR MLS and IMLS with the ability to locate and research properties all over Southwestern and Central Idaho.
  • As well as having numerous outdoors interests and a diverse education, I also love to travel worldwide!

My extensive travels have taken me throughout North, Central and South America as well as Europe and numerous islands in between. After graduating from BSU, I chose to live and study Spanish in Madrid, Spain at the Universidad de Complutense de Madrid. I love exploring new cultures and have found travelling to dozens of foreign countries an enlightening and enriching experience, but it also makes me even more appreciative of having the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place….IDAHOME!
