My History & Work Ethic

Moving to the Real Estate field in 2004 and becoming an independent agent was a natural progression for me. With more than two decades of experience in direct sales and marketing, I possess the skills, knowledge, and patience to listen and understand my client’s needs and desires. I’m committed to creative problem solving and accountability, while employing exemplary listening skills. Organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential when writing infallible contracts and seeing them through to the closing table. My ability to accomplish complex tasks and adapt to changes quickly promote success for my clients.

With a strong work ethic, I am a reliable, responsible, professional, and independent worker, dedicated to the continued success of my clients. As a strong team member, I utilize consensus building and negotiation skills to create win/win situations. My proficiency in mediation fosters harmonious interactions for all parties involved.

Education

I graduated from Boise State University with a BS in Sociology and double minors in Psychology and Communication. After graduating from BSU, I lived in Madrid, Spain while studying Spanish at the Universidad de Complutense de Madrid. My graduate studies are in the fields of Counseling and Spanish.

I continually focus on educating my clients about current market conditions, available properties, demographics of the community, and any other knowledge pertaining to their prospective home purchase or sale. This education is key to successful and confident clients and transactions. My client’s success is a direct reflection of myself and I take that very seriously. I’ve built my business on my reputation, while genuinely respecting and appreciating each and every client.

My Mission

My mission as a Realtor is very simple. I bring home buyers and home sellers together in order to complete stress-free transactions honestly and ethically, making sure to fulfill my client needs efficiently. The combination of my sales experience and educational studies have proven results as an effective negotiator with numerous successful transactions and many positive referrals.

My Hobbies

I am an avid outdoors-woman who loves to recreate in Idaho’s pristine mountains, lakes, and rivers. In my spare time I enjoy just about anything that takes me outdoors whether it’s skiing and snowboarding, fly fishing, backpacking, trail running, scuba diving, or rafting. My volunteer hours and donations are directly reflected in my love of the outdoors supporting Land Trust of Treasure Valley as well as Hillside to Hollow, CFNA, Payette River Games, Selway Bitteroot, Frank Church Foundation, Idaho Rivers United, Little Ski Hill and the Red Cross. I enjoy traveling worldwide. My extensive travels have taken me throughout North, Central, and South America. I’ve even lived in Madrid, Spain while attending Universidad de Complutense de Madrid. I love exploring new cultures and have found traveling to foreign countries is an enlightening and enriching experience. Traveling makes me even more appreciative of having the opportunity to live in such a wonderful place called Idahome!
